This page describes the text messaging program run by Berards Flooring LLC, doing business asBerard's Flooring & Remodeling.

Program description

Berard's Flooring & Remodeling sends informational text messages to people who ask for an estimate and opt in to texts. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, follow-up on your estimate, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about work in progress. We do not send promotional or marketing texts under this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on the estimate request form athttps://berardsflooring.com/contact before you submit it. The box is not checked by default, and you can request an estimate without it. Choosing “Text” as a preferred contact method does not by itself opt you in.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of requesting an estimate or purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your project and your replies. Message and data rates may apply, including for messages you send to us.

Stop and help

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may get one confirmation text, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP to any message for help, or call (337) 247-4966.

Your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for their own purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
